Gesture Drawing
Last week we had Niall Laverty for a storyboard week. Other than storyboard we were doing some gesture drawings in class, each of us got to pose and the others would capture his gestures. It was very helpful sometimes to write down what is our interpretation for the pose. Here are a few poses:

The Shower Guy
We got this funny guy in campus, I couldn't help sketching this after seeing him walking with his shower robe in the corridor.
It was also a good excuse to practice my painting skills and explore some different style during the holidays.
The Weekly Caricatures- on a holidays delay
Well, it's funny somehow that when you got more time you do less, and somehow I skipped some weeks of the weekly post during the Hannuka-Christmas vacation. Here are some fellas that I should have posted in the past month, including traveling sketches and a lecturer's ambush.

Visiting back home on the Hannukah-Charistmas vacation I picked up some old stuff that I made last year studying in Frame by Frame Animation.
Those are some action poses, I remember that the hard part was trying to make it as dynamic as possible from every angle and keep a clear silhouette:
